Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made by users for digital health services, cardiac screening programs, diagnostic assessments, subscriptions, reports, and allied services offered through the Swizton MedTech web and mobile application (“Platform”).
2. Nature of Services
Swizton MedTech provides technology-enabled healthcare and preventive cardiology services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Digital cardiac risk screening
- Laboratory investigations (home or partner labs)
- AI-based report generation
- Medical reviews and advisory outputs
- Subscription-based health programs
Due to the medical, analytical, and operational nature of these services, most services are time-bound and resource-intensive.
3. No-Refund Situations
Refunds shall not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Once a screening, test, analysis, report generation, or medical review has been initiated.
- If laboratory sample collection has been completed or scheduled.
- If reports (partial or complete) have been generated or shared.
- If delays occur due to incorrect user-provided information.
- If the user chooses not to proceed after service initiation.
- For dissatisfaction based on clinical outcomes, risk scores, or medical opinions, as these are scientifically derived and not guaranteed results.
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund may be considered only in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user.
- Service not initiated due to technical failure solely attributable to Swizton MedTech.
- Service cancellation by Swizton MedTech before initiation.
- Laboratory sample collection not performed due to operational failure.
All eligible refunds are subject to internal verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be raised before service initiation.
- Once backend processing, lab coordination, or clinical workflow begins, cancellation is not permitted.
- Subscription cancellations will stop future renewals only and do not qualify for partial refunds unless explicitly stated.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Any payment gateway or bank charges are non-refundable.
7. Third-Party Services
Swizton MedTech partners with third-party laboratories, imaging centers, and payment gateways. Refunds related to third-party services are subject to the respective partner’s policies, and Swizton MedTech shall not be held liable for delays or denials beyond its control.
8. No Cash Refunds
All refunds, if approved, will be processed digitally only. Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from refunds shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts at the registered office jurisdiction of Swizton MedTech Private Limited shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
